hi guys / girls

My sister & I are planning on visiting Durbs in Feb next year.
We both from Cape Town.

What can we do there, besides Ushaka Marine World ?
Is the clubs good at all - We sort of like looking for a club with R&B, hip-hop etc.

HEY! thx for answering my question on cape town. im from jhb but got to durbs often. there allot of cool clubs there!! another place to go is in umhlanga (about 30 mins from durban) theres nice pool bars, the Umhlanga sands. there also a new casino just north of umhlanga in umdloti. quite nice but not the best ive seen. oh and by the way Ushaka has an AWESOME snorkling place inside;) took the same kids there in july as the ones im taking in december to CT:)

Tiger Tiger is very good, and has an age restriction of girls over 21, guys over 23, so there are no dinky tots running around and school boys trying to chat you up.. Joe Cools on the Durban beach front is also very nice. Not so much R&B, but you can have a lekka lunch there on the deck with a view of the beach. Ushaka is really big: Go there just after breakfast, and I can guarantee, that with the dolphin show, the line for the new slide, all the shops and everything else, you wont be finished until after 4 pm, it is a all day affair.
Go for a drive everyday and visit the little towns along the North and South coast, like Umlhanga, Amanzimtoti and Scottburgh. Every beach is differant, and you'll br surprised how much fun you can have.
Durban also has a nice Zoo, or if shopping is your thing, Pavilion, just 20 minutes North Of the city towards PineTown.
But overall Durbs is great fun, and February is a good month, cause school has started and there are less tourists then, but be warned, it will be very hot and humid, so dont get burned!

Hi, there is a good and popular one close to the workshop by Varsity College.
Then Point has loads of them, of course the area itself is not the best. But then, my cousin loves Tiger Tiger!
