It's not hard for me to say those things especially if I love the person so much.. I can say I'm sorry if I have done wrong, I can say help me if I really need help. I can say i love you If i love the person. it's just a matter of acceptance. accept that u did something wrong to say sorry, that u love the person to say i love u and that u need help to say help me.. a person can hardly say things such as mentioned above because of PRIDE..

it is very difficult for me to say i lov you, because i am a fraid individu say me am am stupid end not true me.
say i lov you for me, it is a risque to be éjected in aerth the body i love.
