i have really messed up with a friend and i don't think that sorry is going to be enough. she really doesn't want to talk to me and i really like her as a friend and want to keep her, she is really special. is there some way of saying sorry that's really heartfelt?

If saying sorry is not enough, use your actions to prove it to her. I think she's your dream girl right? If not, you wldn't care so much about her and mentioned she's really special! Even she's not your lover, it is also ok to use your actions to admit you're sorry.

You may wish to buy her a bouquet of flowers (the type she likes), wait for her at her house's downstairs, when she comes back, walk up to her nicely and sincerely say "Sorry" to her again and pass her the flowers. Then, pull your ears with both hands just like a kid and tell her that you're really sorry about what you've done and won't do it again. Hope this really works for you.

Flowers are good and a hand written note. Don't send them to your friend. Take them yourself and apologize in person. If that doesn't do it, then you will have to get on with your life. Good Luck and Happy Thanksgiving.

just send her the following:
FLOWERS, CARD, POEM BY EMAIL AND A SIMPLE SORRY.

If she doesnt come back, dump her too. She does not apreciate you. Friends need to fight and make up. Find another friend then. Or she will take alot of advantage of you...

Actions speak louder than words. You've got to think of something creative in order to really drive your apology across as sincere.

Treat her for a cone of ice cream.

If her heart won't melt with this, at least the ice cream will.

Yes, by writing a poem that values her friendship, or giving her flowers or chocolates

How about 'Please accept my sincere apologies.....' and put in your own words why you owe her an apology by saying something like....'I know what I did was wrong because....' and describe how you messed up.
