breathe in and out and buy a worry book, or worry dolls, and write down/tell your worries to the dolls
with the dolls, there is one worry per doll, they are very useful. south american superstitions say that when you tell a doll a worry, and put it beneath your pillow, the worry dissapears.

your mind is to wired up, try something that would concentrate your mind, for example being here will get you tired or a crossword puzzle or read a book. and just remember there is nothing you can do, just try to relax.
