HMMMM: taste and smell corelate as roughly 80% of taste is scent...but I'd rather loose those than hearing, sight or touch.
I can live without tasting: I may loose a pound or so if not everything taste great
I can live without smelling: not all things with odor are pleasant
I can't live without touching, seeing and hearing my kids...

The choice would have to be between smell and touch, the others are just so vital. I guess it would have to be smell because you could at least avoid some horrible aromas.
