I like Delux Beauty’s concealer. It is creamy, and blends really well. While I love skin on skin for blending purposes, the right brush can really help in spot application. A densely packed brush works best to cover spots, a flatter brush for under-eyes, and a pointy brush for blemishes. I like to use a yellow-based concealer to cover redness. Pat concealer on the spot — being careful that the concealed spot blends well with your skin tone. Next, using a fluff brush, set the area with a translucent or finishing powder.

Concealer usually creases because it is not blended well, or if too much has been applied to an area. So, be certain to use concealer sparingly and blend well! Always finish with powder or foundation, depending on your preference — this creates a more finished, unified look.
