You mean, on the number of friends you should have or on personal limits between you and your friends? Clarify please.
*Edit: I don't believe there's such thing as "too many" friends. I also believe, however, 1 truly great friend is better than having a bunch of "party friends". If you have alot of friends and they're really quality friends, then consider yourself amazingly blessed!

It would help to know if you have a husband. If you do, he should be your best friend. Friends can be a dime a dozen but you will be lucky if you have one true friend in your life time. I'm not a social person and I don't gossip. In order to have a lot of friends you have to be both . . . . .a social person and also like to or tolerate gossip. I'm 71 and I dearly love my one true friend. He is my husband of 49 years. I would like to share this poem that explains my friendship with my Husband
Take my hand and walk with me,
across the sands of time;
Hand in hand and heart to heart.
Husband . . . friend of mine.
We will share the solitude.
And walk in quiet peace.
My heart hears what your heart says,
it listens when yours speaks.
We’ve shared hearts and souls as one,
in perfect harmony;
The laughter and the tears we’ve known,
Are the sweetest melody.
For years have brought us to this place.
Across the sands of time;
We’ll walk together, till the end.
Husband . . . friend of mine.
"Happy Thanksgiving"

Yeah okay??? What exactly are you asking? By limit are you meaning the actual number, or limits as in setting up boundries?

Yes - I only have so many seats in the car. LOL
I have a lot of acquaintances, but I guess a lucky man can count the number of true friends on one hand.

Of course not! The only thing to think about is if you have that many friends that they start interfearing with other parts of your life (ie) partner, kids, family...... Friends friends are always there to help you through..
