First we open presents, then we have a homemade breakfast and get ready for the family arriving for Christmas dinner. Family usually comes between noon and 2:00 and dinner is around 3:00 or 4:00 and after that we just enjoy having the family around (we catch up and reminisce). No caroling or anything like that but just family fun.

I hope that I had enough money to make everyone happy.... I just hope to see everyone happy that day...... What a wonderful time.....

What makes it so beautiful is because I cannot afford to do anything like this throughout the year..... and it is about everyone else that I focus on......

Usually I do this:
Get up in Lancashire and then drive to Sth Wales.
Stop off at my mums and then go to my dads for dinner (or stay at my mums and then go to my dads after dinner).
See relatives, drive them home, see more relatives and then drive back to my mums for around 9pm.
Have a few drinks then bed.
Get up boxing day and leave for Lancashire at around 11am.

i dont really celebrate xmas. for me, it is one of the most boring days in the year. the roads are empty, so i go for a spin in the afternoon.
