My Cars Front right side give a rattling noise when i drive on Unmetalled/un tared roads?

Its a Honda Civc 1.5L 4Door .The front right side wheel area and towards the centre of the engine area when i drive over rough roads or dirt tracks i get a rattling noise.Especially when I go over small stones or pebbles.What could be the problem and is it safe to drive under these conditions.

have you checked the struts or strut mounts?

Could be some lose exhausts peaces. You car is OK to drive just keep the window cracked open you don't want carbon monoxide poisoning
