i had a blood test a few weeks ago. i got a letter from the doc saying they wanted to talk to me regarding it but that it wasn't urgent.

what's it likely to be..?? or impossible to guess?

I had the same problem... had an MRI last week and doctor said all is well and to come pick up results this Monday. Too busy to go on Monday and I got a call on Tuesday saying the doctor wanted me to come in today at certain times to talk to me. I don't think I've had a worse 48 hours in my life trying to think of all of the awful things she was going to tell me... it was hell!
Turns out that she was just being nice and wanted to reassure me that all was fine!
Try to distract yourself in work or play until 5 and I'll send good thoughts your way.

Messed up periods would likely indicate some hormone levels a little out of whack or something like anaemia etc. Truly if it was something scary they would have you in ASAP to tell you.

Try not to worry!

Since there's about, roughly, 157 things that could be in that test, there's nothing I could tell you here. You could though. What did you go in there for, you must have a clue, it's not urgent, don't worry.
