Colors opposite of each other on the color wheel are good for when you want a bold, complementing contrast. The best color for brown eyes is a nice blue. :] But since your eyes are naturally a neutral, you're able to wear any color well. Bright and happy colors will flatter you best.

Can't really answer-could you be more specific-what comlexion are you? Warm Dark Skin-lighter, darker-do you have redness in the cheeks?

Eye make up, with a dark complexion-go for the smokey plum colors-you can also get away with frosted highlight colors right beneath your brow under the arch and to the outside. Stay away from colors close to your skin tone as they will do nothing for you.

When matching clothing, you aren't matching to your eyes. You are matching to your complexion and hair-that is what frames your face. True you can find colors that really bring out your eyes. I have a sneaky suspision than the lavender and light yellow family (yes pastels may do it for you) but really can't say for sure unless you can describe your skin tone.

I have brown eyes, and to top it off, they are a very matte and dull brown. I play them up with Beige and soft pinks, which will look even better with stunning hazel or honey-colored eyes. Your colors depend also on haircolor, but a sure bet for anyone is beige, especially with golden undertones. For lips, try a soft, barely there pink and top it off with a sheer coat of thick lip gloss. It will look very natural and timelessly pretty.
