Many bosses are just human beings, and many of them are rotten human beings. If you spend time trying to ignore someone like this sooner or later it will seep into your head and you will not feel good about yourself. Often the only way to help yourself, and ironically the company that hires a crummy boss like this is to leave. When enough people leave that the only people he can hire are people whose only skill is putting up with disrespect and the job does not get done ... management will finally realize that the problem is the boss, not the employees.

Do not try to change someone more powerful than you, move on and let that person find his own truth.

you should take solice in the knowledge that he's a really poor manager. I don't know what job you do, maybe at a supermarket? But believe me these kinds of managers are the poor sods that got bullied in school and are now taking it out on the rest of the world. If you're not happy move job.

I would talk to him. Be careful though, this person my not even realize how they come across to you and might be very offended if you bring it up. But this behavior should not continue, even if you're not doing your job nobody deserves to be treated that way.

Think very carefully about what you're going to say if you do talk to him and don't try to point any fingers, try to make it seem like you wanna do a better job (even if you feel like you're doing fine) and that you welcome his input to help you become a better employee but if he has input for you on how to do that it would be best expressed in a calmer manner.
