I've noticed that with Madrid which consisted of 90% of the world's best players but did not managed to win any trophies for more than 2 years...

As a coach, what you are expected to do when coaching clubs at this livel is to win most of the trophies you're involved in.

Now who can tell why did Real Madrid suck all these bunch of coaches?

when i was younger i thought a coach doesn't matter but as you say real have some world class players and don't gel as a team. chelsea are living proof you can buy the league. no doubt jose knows what he's doing but when you are on a budget like o'neill and produce results thats pure class.

It's not as simple as it sounds. You have to get the players to gel, to work together as a team. Football is a team game. Even if you have eleven of the world's best players on the pitch playing for you, if they do not pass to each other, or even worse, argue with one another, you won't get anywhere.

A good coach is one who can motivate the team to work together and achieve results.

Just because you have what is supposed to be the best players doe not mean you have the best team, they are mostly over paid spoilt brats who think they can do it all alone and that each one probably thinks he is better than the other, and on top of all that they probably speak 5 or 6 different languages. and I am pretty sure that Beckham does not speak fluent Spanish

no cos they all think tht there the best no metter wht they say to the tv cameras, and so they all wnt 2 get played, look at Madird they "have teh best players in the world" and they haven't won a trophey, i agree with tht, look at Chelsea there gd, but don't have the "Best Players" just some world class ones!!

i think the teams with not so gd players have a harder time

I'd say its harder to be a coach of a good team because of all the expectation to win... if you are in charge of a crap team, nobody minds if you lose because they were expecting it anyways.
