What modifications can you make to gradually change bed times? She is going on 5 months old. She currently goes to sleep 12-12:45 am and we want her bedtime to be more around 10:30 to 11:30 range. She sleeps around 8-10 hours average. She is a really good baby. She rarely wakes up in the middle of the night and if she does she is easy to comfort.

hi there you can easily get youre beautiful baby girl going to bed earlier so that you and youre partner can have a proper adult chat !! ?? when my girls where her age i'd give them there tea/dinner at say 6pm then let them play and entertain them for about an hour then run them a bath and make sure that there babygro /pjamas where nice and cosy for them have there last feed ready be it solids or a bottle of milk and let them snuggle down for there feed and then once they have had there feed put them to bed and believe it or not they would be out like a light in 10mins cuddled up to there favourite cuddly teddy and that would be them for a good 8-10 hours .....hope this helps you it might take a few nights for youre daughter to catch on to the idea that her bed time is changing but if you can keep with it you could have her in bed and asleep by 10pm if you want ...good luck and take care xx

Since she goes to bed so late, I would suggest the same as above, move her bedtime by 15 minutes every couple of nights until you get to the time you want her to be in bed by.
