all u need to do first is make a time table of what u should do in different timings. follow according to that. in the time table list u should also add reading books. if still u can't, it is because Ur heart doesn't want to. try thinking u wanna read books. continue doing dis for at least 3 weeks. people can only help u by advising listening to that is Ur problem. If u lose Ur Patience the best 2 ways is to take a loooooooooong deep breath or count 1 to 30 very very very slowly.

Well all I did before was trying to think that my masters degree books are like a novel or something. I mean.. when you read a novel about something that touch your heart then you will be able to spend and bare yourself to read hours. So try to do the same with your masters book then. And take it easy.... think about the result after your succedeed reading those books.

i read before i sleep
i even read the labels of the food i eat
it has become a habit
and once a habit ul never get rid of it.
i enjoy reading especially when an enemy is near
so that i dont have to make up any pretense of an excuse of not talking to that individual.

REWARD.
If you can make the unpleasant experience rewarding to yourself, then you can do it. Also take notes. In natural cases of being rewarded by reading case studies, you would be rewarded by SOLVING. That's what you're training yourself for, so solve some problems for fictitious (or real) people.

Quit school, become a penniless bum. Then when you get tired of that lifestyle, pick up a book, read it, appreciate what you have and ***** less. Or, cut out the middle man, count your blessings now and stop bitching now. Hopefully you'll find a career where you can hire someone to read to you.
