If you have been ordered to vacate your rental home because it has "toxic mold", your landlord should be paying your relocation costs and your security deposit should have been immediately refunded.

Didn't you go to legal services for help when this all started? Why didn't you get a lawyer or legal services to cut a deal with the landlord for you?

Why do you only have "4 days"? When is your rent paid up until?

N.W. Pa of which burbs? Phila or Pittsburgh or Harrisburg? Check out the site below. I would also ask your landlord if they have another unit or house that is available that you could use. I understand how difficult it is to find housing in Phila. and how landlords could care less sometimes. Both my dad and sister live up there. And my dad encountered mold problems that the building didn't want to clean or repair to prevent mold and mildew. Good luck. Taking the landlord to court is more trouble and a waste of money in certain cities. (That's my opinion)

Sounds like an incredible story or if credible grounds for a lawsuit. Where was the policy to the employees that spouse couldn't call their husbands? 2-3x/week under 3 mins? Where did he work & were they allowed breaks & lunch breaks?
Hope you get well!

i could decide for a time-honored poodle. I definitely have one, and he's remarkable. The noise of the doorknob jiggling makes him bark his 'watchdog' bark, yet he's the sweetest guy. (Oddly adequate, he would not bark at door knocks, or strangers coming in.) besides the undeniable fact that. standards require diverse grooming. assume to get your dogs groomed ever 3-4 months (that may fee minimum of fifty greenbacks a time.) and you will could desire to comb them usually besides reckoning on coat length. (examine up on ear-grooming, too!) besides the undeniable fact that, they're candy and delightful dogs, and properly well worth the time it takes to groom them. they're very emotionally related to their people, quite intelligent, and in case you enable them to get some play time in, relatively properly behaved indoors. with such youthful toddlers in the living house, i could be careful approximately getting something smaller then 15-20 pounds complete grown. word of warning- keep away from 'doodles'. Their coats could be unpredictable, and usually greater maintenence then a poodle. additionally, many doodles are bred by utilising irresponsible people. Poodles at the instant are not ordinary to discover in rescues, and surely, maximum rescues won't undertake out to those with toddlers in the family members under 6. (that's to guard your toddlers, and the dogs.)
