I am a public servant in the supervisory category and i am damn against corruption. At the workplace i have been forced to act as a condom to prevent corruption between contractors and excutive which is against my nature and not able to tolerate. Further, it is all not possible in the existing system of working. I am fed-up with the situation and needs some correct advise.

Hi rk...it is really nice to know that atleast there are some persons in our country who hates corruption and it is really impressive.
But if you hate this thing why r u upset being in a authoritarian position to stop this atleast in ur department.
If you are thinking about leaving this organization or this post this will not be justified in any way..coz this is called escapism.
Only thinking gud is not enough until and unless u do anything to do some gud.
Never matters wat comes in the way to pursue this task and set an example in the society.
If you are confused then must read about that south indian IITian guy who was in Indian Oil corruption and he was also in authoritarian position , he never compromised on his principle, but the oil mafia took his life coz he didnt allowed corruption.
So be strong and start one revolution and u will find that many young guys will come along you.
There is always a one person who starts revolution , may be this time it is you...
Young guys are the only hope left for the betterment of this country.
So gud luck.....and feel free to discuss anything with me...take care.

nice to know that there are still honest people in Public Service.
Corruption does frustate the honest people a lot.
Aren't there any superiors that are honest like you?
If not, you may have 2 options:
1. Central Vigilance Comission
2. Get a new job

Report all the irregularities to your superiors who are not involved so that appropriate disciplinary or legal actions will be taken.
