Bush also be booked under similar charges. He lied to the world about Weapons of Distruction and bombarded Iraq. Killed so many. Why Bush should not be hanged for misinterpretation and mis representation.

I agree wholeheartedly that people like him need to be punished. But I do not agree with the death sentence. Removing someone's life just like that seems very horrible!
I do agree that that is what Saddam did often. And in large numbers at that! But still I feel death penalty is not right.
Instead I feel it will be better to keep him in the dark about what is to be done for him. And keep him in jail forever. (Maybe we can throw in a pack of cheetos everyday as someone else has suggested earlier). That by itself is a big big punishment!

What you have to realize is this:
Saddam has killed thousands, possibly millions, of people. The Death Sentence, in America, is recievable after evern ONE murder, much less millions.
You spoke of him losing his family, right? Let me ask you this: How many families did he rob of a mother, father, or child?
This man stayed in power by, literally, killing people.
*TRUE SCENARIO*
A man walks up to somebody waiting to cross the street, and asks, "Hey, are you going to vote for Saddam?" the other person answers, "Nope."
The first man proceeds to brandish a gun, and blow the "infidel's" brains out.
Now, not only has he killed, he has decieved his entire country for DECADES. They are, in fact, taught to HATE Americans because they are the Anti-Christ.
The Death Penalty is too good for him, I say. Let him rot in jail for 20 years, then kill him.

The sentence has not been carried out and we must not forget the big powers left him there after the Kuwait war because he had control and controlled I would wait and see there are plenty of leaders who have much to answer to

People, and I use that term loosely, like him don't deserve a second chance. He has way too much blood on his hands and he deserves what he got. I hope they kill him soon. Side bar....he had one of his sons thrown in prison and tortured so I doubt he shed a tear when he died.

How about we wrap him in wet pigskin and stake him out in the desert to dry? With the Kurds to stand guard. I'm sure they loved the way he had things under control!

Hell no! That man has killed so many people and he deserves the death sentence. If he killed anyone in my family I'd do the job for free!

You're right. Instead of the death penalty, he should have his tounge cut out, molten pennies dropped into his eye sockets, and his hands chopped off. After that set him free.

He should just stay in prison until dies. Let him suffer by sitting behind bars and eating a bag of cheetos for eternity.
