They got some good players that they have bought in - the main reason that they are doing well is Harry. However you have to worry about the age of there team it is a bit like wise old uncle of the premiership, Harry's going to have to spend big in the summer to remain in his current position.
I suppose the answer is yes but that isn't true really, just Harry reaching the potential we all know he had

Didn't you want to say:
"Does the fact that Portmouth are so good this season mean they are BEING A success?" instead of "buying" Just kidding. Haven't got a clue really.

A couple of seasons ago Everton were the same, we shocked the premiership by doing so well, the season after we were fighting relegation now we are plodding along. Portsmouth are on a high and they will do well becuase they are so confident. The thing is though it has to be consistent every season not just a one season wonder like Everton. The test will be too see how well they do next season.

Its all relative. Sucess for Portsmouth is being comfortably mid-table at the end of the season and staying in the Premiership.
But the fact that they are doing well this season is more down to Redknapp than the couple of new players they bought since last year.

No is because Reknapp is a good manager/coach. You can spend loads and still have rubbish results if you cant coach properly, look at Glenn Rodoer @ Newcastle, and Perrin before at Pompey spent alot and was useless

No. They dont really have world class players, Like Thierry Henry or Adriy Shevcheko. There most talented player is Matt Taylor i think.
