How much is too much? Sometimes I read the magazines between the lines in a supermarket. Does that count?
But on to your primary issue. If you have trouble accepting reality, then you should probably move to Africa, preferably to a place where there is civil unrest, drought, famine, lack of basic sanitation or medication. Then you should get a good handle on what constitutes reality.

Sometimes I do. Reality today sucks, I think some people have a hard time accepting reality, especially when someone dies.

I think anyone who says that they don't read between the lines,,,,is a bare faced liar ....my goodness i so analyze things....and yeah sometimes it is hard to accept what is reality.

Yes i read toooooo much between the lines...im ruining my relationship with my fiance because of that...every time he have to call me back i think hes getting off the phone with me so that he can call another female or other crazy situations i get upset about cuz i assume things cuz i read in between the lines too much

I always try to read between the lines. I feel like there should be more there when there sometimes isn't. Especially when it's someone I care for.

YESsss, i do too. And it really bothers me. My husband says that I should not "read between lines" too much , 'cause it's wrong and makes ME feel bad. How can we deal with this?!?
