... What's awkward is when I get dressed up in slacks or jeans and everyone can see this massive bulge in my pants. I'm really conscious about it. When I meet people their eyes go straight to my groin. It's like nobody cares about the real internal me, or about my intelligence. Am I over-reacting? Should I just try to forget about it? I often wonder what people are really thinking... "He must be a hussler." And stuff like that. What should I do?

People who only have one thing in mind when they look at you probably aren't worth knowing because all they want to know is what you look like naked and not who you are as a person.Now, I am not going to lie or bend the truth here, but if you're attractive or have a big bulge then it is hard for anyone to not take notice of it.With that said, I think that you should take it as a compliment if they look once.If they look twice I would wonder why.If they look three times or more then you know that there isn't much going on in their mind but one thing.
Now, why would they wonder if you're a hustler?Do you both dress in tight clothing while acting flirtatious?If you're a big flirt who wears sexy clothing then I would think that people are going to get the impression that perhaps you're either looking for a good time or some money or both and not looking for a good conversation that has intellect and not bedroom talk.
If you want to be taken seriously then my suggestion is to do things that would take their eyes off your bulge.Perhaps dress in not so tight clothes and perhaps make eye contact with people who take notice of you.Try not to give off any vibes of a flirtatious nature if all you're interested in is a good friendship or conversation that may lead to a good friendship.
People will always judge appearance first.It's how you allow yourself to be seen that gives people their first impression.

I think there might be a small problem if your testicles are the size of tennis balls. I heard this story when this one guy was playing soccer and was kicked in the twig and berries and one of them swelled up to the size of a grapefruit and it made both his testicals steril somehow. So I would recomend that you put some ice on it.

First, be sure that nothing is wrong healthwise. Next, experiment with different styles of underwear that may help to conceal better. Looser pants will also prevent the bulge from being as apparent. In the end, it doesn't matter what others think... that is THEIR problem. You are a good person and will form good relationships because of what is inside you. Good luck.

I can not imagine what you are or have been going through, however, go get it checked out by a doctor just to make sure you are OK, and there are no medical problems.
Once that is done, what are you really worried about. So you have a nice bulge. does it hurt you? If not you can not really change too much about it.
You can try tighter underwear, and wear shirts which hang over so that it is not as visible.
Use it to your advantage.

Sorry to admit this, of course I would check someone out like this. Its sort of the male version of Boob cleavage from a female. My friends always say "They dress like that to be checked out.." Kind of true for some, but I've notice some guys have noticable crotches cuz they have big crotches or plumb butts, poor straight guys they get eye-eaten by us naughty gay people. Cant Help it, but I do feel bad staring stupid at someone. Some guys are just beautiful. I guess I recommend you using loose fit jeans they are loose in the hips, you probraly wear relaxed fit. Or just use tighter undies.

What about seeing a doctor about your situation and asking him/her if there is a simple answer! Somehow I think tho that this is something you are just going to have to live with!
