Under The Indian Penal Code sec 420 any person found cheating can be punished by imprisonment or fine or both.Sec 418 of the Code provide the defination of cheating and if the person found guilty he or she gets punished.Now it is upto Criminal Court to decide if the person is guilty or not.As far your question is concerned what I can make out its simply girl cheating boy in some love affair. I do understand what you are asking here, am female and like ot dress nice and funky and look good but don't dress like a tart as nice to leave something to the imagination, but do agree some girls dress with skirts up to their butts with no knickers on and have boobs hanging out and wonder why are getting the attention? If you need to dress so slutty are really lacking in self esteem, I always get attention but not that kind of attention as look good but able to hold a conversation also. Rather look pretty and trendy than slutty and tarty, is awful that look but sadly seems to be a look that alot of girls go for these days. But also the man should not take it that this gives him the will to do and act as he pleases, should show some restraint and respect or else just be in a whole lot of bother when those girls start attacking him with their handbags!!
