Actually, Nasa is hoping on coming up with that idea within 20 years. Recently there was a woman who had researched an animal (food) that we could eat on the moon that didn't require a lot of maintanence. This was fish. The experiment did not go through, as on the launch the shuttle had been warn down too much, and the astronauts lost their lives. But yes, it is possible, there is just a lot of work to be done before we could live on the moon.

Yes, you can survive with a suitable environment built for moon visits--such as a moon base. It would be necessary to provide water, oxygen and food for the crew. These could theoretically be produced in that environment.
No, the moon will not support any known form of life without an artificial environment. The temperature variations themselves are horrendous.
When the Apollo lunar modules went to the surface of the moon they carried along the environment needed to maintain the astronauts.

Well, it is possible but ONLY IF THERE WAS A HUGE AMOUNT OF OXYGEN, SOME CARBON DIOXIDE AND OTHER NECCESITIES. But now, no scientist or person can invent such thing (BIG or IMPOSSIBLE maybe THING)

in the present....no...but....with our tehnology....it will be possible in 30-40 years...i guess that when the earth will be about to be destroied because of the clime....., we will send many huge "ships"full with 2000-3000 families and oxigen with pure land from earth....with our artificial ozone....I GUESS!!!!!!!!

as we currently clasify life, or understand it, the answer would be no !, however we have much to learn, and the posability of sentient life that we as of yet do not understand , then the answer would have to be , probably !
