I'll go with the never having sex again! I would throw up with someone with bad BO and I just dont think I could handle that!

I know this sounds shallow but if she is hot I wouldn't care for the mere fact that if you stay around a really bad a smell long enough you will get use to it and won't notice it. Only when you go away and come back do you notice it. I learned this in my BioPsych class. And from hanging out with my buddy who has the worst foot odor I have ever smelled and he still manages to get laid.

OK, they say that your nose like other sensory organs gets used to any smell that stays there for a while right. so i guess I'll get used to the bad body order in time. hope he's going to be better looking to make up for the bad smell.
