yes to some extent according to astrology from these person can do more progress in life,if u have believe on wearing colors on particular days.Here is a chart:-
monday-yellow ,white
tuesday-red or shining colors
wednesday-green,grey
thursday-yellow,orange
friday-dark green
saturday-blue,black,dark colors.

Maybe it's more a mood than a color and the mood is associated with a color. Like Blue Monday. I have always thought of the color yellow or white when I think of Sunday. Maybe it's the "sun" in Sunday that makes me think of yellow. Tuesdays make me think of the color light blue, Wednesdays are kinda gray, Thursdays are more on the grass green side. Fridays are pink going to red because it's the end of the week and Saturdays are a combination of a lot of bright colors, I guess kind of a "free spirit" feeling. I'm sure everyone has their own colors for each day.

Many people believe that there is some relation between days and colours . there are some colours believed by many people that shouldn't be weared on a particular day of week. I don't know such combination bcoz I don't follow it.It is not clear whether it really related to the days or not. I think is superstition.

This is a very interesting question, because i feel there is some truth in it
Wednesday's always seem to be grey, and i notice i mostly wear grey on this day
Saturdays i wear brighter colours, because Saturday's are always sunny, and bright, i'm not sure maybe there is some truth in there some where.

yeah..we tend to think of days depending on what it holds for us..so obviously we associate a color with them...i mean you don't associate red hot with a blue monday morning do you?
but it isn't any steadfast thing...it's what your days are like...i mean for me friday is happy...coz there are weekends so i would associate orange,blue and maroon with it...
