We talk about "Turducken" and deep frying but would never suggest anything but Mom's traditional meal, here in our family.
By the book, turkey.

I crack up everytime I hear the word turducken. I remember John Madden going on a turducken rant and just about lost it. Anyway turkey is my meal of choice.

turducken is a turkey breasts stuffed with chicken and duck.. with some spices
