our body has a very special thermostat of it's own. the hypothalamus of the brain is the controlling center for this thermostat. processes like sweating takes out the heat from the body and keeps it cool. but the most important of all is the circulation of blood constantly in the body. blood absorbs the metabolic heat of the body and constantly distributes the heat throughout the body. this process is called thermoregulation.
