Though Sachin Tendulkar holds the records for most centuries in Test Matches as well as One Day Internationals and also most runs in One Day Internationals, the recent performance of Lara against Pakistan clearly shows that he is emerging as the best player as far as Test Matches are concerned. However, since he has not been much successful in One Day Internationals, if some one has to select a better player in cricket, it will be still Sachin Tendulkar as besides the records listed above he is a utility bowler too.

Sachin is better than Lara. He has far better footwork than Lara and Lara only plays for his personal records

Both are not, because you people have a tendency to critisize our own people. When you are outside India, you say Indians, when you are outside Mumbai, you say all Maharashtriyan, and when you are out of your house, your house-mates are being critisized. WHATSOEVER be said by others, BE AN INDIAN, PRAISE INDIANS AND INDIA, don't do what the NEWS REPORTERS do.
