I asked this same exact question about a month ago. But my answer right now would have to be 96. But 03 is looking good, and only time will tell which class was the best. Currently though, I'll have to say 96.

It's too early to judge, but I think 2003 will be better. Not just because of the people you've listed above but because of the lower selections. Did you know that Josh Howard was the very last pick of the first round in 2003. Chris Kaman also was drafted 20something.
