This Pc Is running at 1ghz, 512mb sdram, windows 2000, 60gb hard drive, and a pci graphics card with 128mb memory.

P3s are very old now.
All the specifications except the processor are moderately good, but with that sluggish processor you will not see satisfactory performance out of the vast majority of modern software.
Still, as long as you aren't paying more than $100 or so, it would make a handy dedicated word processor and/or web browsing box.

It would probably be a better idea to get something like the pentium 4 or core duo,core 2 duo processor. A pentium 3 runs at only about 700 MHz, which won't get you that far today. With something like a pentium 4, core duo, or core 2 duo you could get running at speeds like 1.80 GHz to about 3 GHz.

If it's under $100 for a complete package sure....The pc will work great for the average user

I wouldnt give over a hundred bucks with the monitor, mouse, and keyboard included! That thing is too old now!
