Carburettor problem? Always going uphill in the same spot car cutting out. A float problem? New Fuel filter.?

New fuel pump. Can floats be adjusted from outside, rather than taking the top off the carbie?

My guess.....filter.
Don't forget the one in the carb. where the fuel line hooks up.
You'll need a 7\16" or 1\2" line wrench, and a 1 inch socket.
