During the modern era, since about 1700, man has lived so persuaded that reality is discovered to him by science that nothing seems able to make him even notice the existence of this basic persuasion. For him, there is no room for the least doubt about it. Perhaps science happens to be somewhat fragmentary and changeable; but modern man sees in these two characteristics something more than a sad human condition:
He has elevated them to the category of formal structure of science, and has thus made science a constitutive approximation to reality.
This enthronement of science has extremely profound consequences, for it implies that "...everything there is in reality which is accessible to man, has to be so in a way eminently scientific
Thus the stance that the scientists took that reality is a manifestation of our consciousness is true or right.. If we are conscious of our surroundings, our existence and others, then that is awareness or reality.

No one is wrong at the time they made that claim - for when the experiments were done, they proved something. From that, those scientists derived their conclusions. As time passes by, new knowledge is discovered. What was then thought to be right may not be complete - thus flawed.
If a group of scientist contests an outcome but has no explanation, nor facts and figures to prove that the former's theory is flawed, then they cannot disprove the theory yet. Thus, the former group of scientists' theory remains 'right' till proven wrong.

That really isn't enough information to form an opinion on. What scientists? What kind of experiments?
I think that it is possible that our view of reality can be flawed, depending on how much we know is actually correct. But like I said, there is not enough data to make an informed choice!

Neither one. To each there is a different perspective of reality.
Especially in these days and times that more dimensions are becoming increasingly apparent.
Who is to say what reality is?
I wrote this out for my mom. She was dictating to me.

The manifestation by conciousness is what I believe to be right and you can see this happen in your own life.
If you really put your mind to it, if you really want it, I mean really want it, visualise it, speak it, put it into action, you will get it. It's being aware (concious) of it always.
