depends on how detailed the pix is and how many colors, also what you expect it to look like when it's done... there are people who paint shirts for 10-20$ all the way on up into the hundreds

it depends on the number of pieces of art, the talent, the reputation of the artist and how bad you want them, you may be able to settle for a cheaper person that is not as good. or just doesnt get it.
