Present is just a flying moment, and the Past is an amalgamation of series of such moments and these weigh HEAVY.

Anybody who is walking carrying heavy weight experiences its burden. (Past taking toll on your present)

But remember, its the walking which is your Present and the path, your Future.

No one walks forward with his head backwards unless he intends to cause himself injury.

Keep Walking.

Hi!!If this is a cause of getting old, then we forget the past and also the present. Doing important things in the present, would keep you in the present more than in the past. Good luck!!

Because it is easy to get caught up in the past during the present. We as humans often get lost in thought, we dwell on the past and what has occured. The future is much more difficult to consider because it involves planning and more critical thinking than recollection. However in one second from now, now will be the past. Its easy to forget the present, because being lost in thought and getting caught up in the trivial is more tempting. However when the present becomes the past, thats when you must focus on the future.

Present time happens as we speak. As I typed that last "k" in that "speak" it ceases to be present..it's already the past.

You cannot forget the present. Because you're still experiencing it, as such it is still being registered as a memory.

All you can "remember" are memories of the past, either a 1-second-ago past or a 1-decade ago past.

So, your question is technically incorrect. So, I am unable to give you any answer.

I don't know but I live in the past and I know I shouldn't. It's all the bad stuff I remember, but not the present. If you find out, let me know. Good question.

Because you don't forgive, When you forgive, you also tend to forget eventually. Forgetting is really not easy. Just forgive and everything will be fine. You will forget in time.

Signifigant events enter into long term memory storage while day to day ordinary information does not - being instead stored in short term memory from which it is dumped after it's relevance passes. This ability to dump memory from short term storage makes it possible to ACCIDENTLY dump this memory as well.
Thus we forget.

To me, it extremely is that it substitute into happiness/love back then. I on no account think of related to the pros and cons in the past yet I genuinely agree that it brings you nowhere - yet to me, it extremely is the place plan/choose to be. caught in between shifting forward and the previous.
