My mother-73 yrs had L1 bone fracture and got operated she is daibetic,BP what is her recover chances .?

She also had breathing problem and cardiac problem after the fall, doctors say she is suffering from arthrities , so next how to take care of her and will she be able to walk and be normal as before.
