various people think that i can be a good model

tell me the the procedure or name of agencies in delhi or nearby

Be honest with yourself and see if you are fashion model material. If you feel you are upto the mark and have the right curves or the body ( keep working out ) get a professional portfolio made ( it will cost a substantional amount ) and then send copies of the portfolios to well known agencies and follow them up. If they find you have the potential to make the grade rest assured you will make it.
