Exclusive of taxes, from the Philippines, a Hongkong and Disneyland tour package for 4 days and 3 nights would cost you between $325 to $900, depending on the airline and hotel you want to be booked in. Cheapest flights are still via Cebu Pacific. But better hurry because prices will definitely go up with the coming Christmas season.
If you are just asking for the airfare, a two way ticket from Manila to Chek Lap Kok Airport Int'l Airport (via Cebu Pacific) costs around 3000 Pesos or $60.
From the airport, take the MTR to Tsing Yi (HK$60), then transfer to the Sunny Bay terminal. There you will be able to ride the exclusive Disney MTR line (HK$14)

Like I suggested, that's greater on your funds, getting a cost tag which you will not use or getting your newborn a Philippine passport? only sign in the delivery on the closest Philippine Embassy/consulate and get the Philippine passport besides. the newborn would not lose the U. S. citizenship, in case you probably did not be attentive to.
