I think about the guy who beat , raped and cut off the arms of a thirteen year old girl...Got out of jail in 5 yrs...and did the same crime again...
The Dad that set his five year old son on fire....got out in 6 yrs, ended up killing a young woman over money....
The woman who drove her car into the lake with both her little boys in the back seat...
I could go on and on...Crazy?? Maybe so...but to tell the truth
I really don't give a flying fu--!!
All these people should have Alpo stamped on their butts and be driven straight to the pound.
I'll never in my life be able to understand our justice system.
If there is someone out there who knows why this can happen over and over, please explain it to me.

that is such a touchy subject for so many . everyone should pay for any crime they do , but should someone do prison time ? well that depends on whether they know right from wrong , normally when someone has commited a crime and found incompetent they dont go to prison . but they are still locked up . most of the time in a hospital or institution specifically for the mentally handicapped , they dont get to walk the streets. only well trained doctors in a specific field can say whether someone knows right from wrong and only a judge can decide where they go .

Even sociopaths have enough sense to know what's right and what's wrong! I believe in "An eye for an eye..." You do the crime, then you do the time.

def should have to pay for their actions...but maybe just in a different way...treat them for the illness that made them commit the crime, then make them pay for it...don't just let them go.

They should serve a sentence for the criminally insane and be sent to the proper facility for their particular illness.

Ya do the time. You were sane enough to commit it. Take responsiblity for your actions. Go to jail and be Bubba's girlfriend. You deserve each other.
