How much does a stage determine the drama that is played on it? To exactly the same extent does quantum mechanics determine the drama of your life.

I'm not sure how 10 or 11 dimensions determine anyone's life. . .

Macro-phenomenon are often multiply realizeable on micro-physical structures... The reduction doesn't work. You can't derive perceptions of color from bosons etc.
