If you really want free programs, Look for whatever you want from torrents. But if you want to download these files first get Bitlord. Just be careful what you download and make sure you read the comments about what you are going to download. Right now Im running ZONEALARM PRO, AD-AWARE SE PROFESSIONAL,and KASPERSKY INTERNET SECURITY 2006. They are working just fine. But again just make sure you read comments oh and try to get winrar or winzip.

AVG HAS A FREE ONE BUT WHAT IVE LEARNED OVER TWO YEARS IS THAT MCAFEE WORKS FOR ME. I TRIED AVG BUT I SOON DISCOVERED THAT I NEEDED A TOTAL PACKAGE. AVG HAS A 33.30 PRICE ON THEIR YEARLY WHICH COMES WITH REGULAR UPDATES, BUT I PAY ABOUT 50 A YEAR AND I GET ANTI VIRUS, SPAM PROTECTION, ANTISPYWARE AND A SECURITY CENTER, WHIVH INCLUDES A FIREWALL, ABOVE AND ADDITION TO THE WINDOWS FIREWALL. IF MONEY IS AN ISSUE, IM SORRY BUT THATS ONE OF THE THINGS WE HAVE TO DEAL WITH.
