unfortunately, veterinary medicine is limited when it comes to lobsters. the best possible treatment is probably supportive care. clean environment, good food, low stress.
if there is a fish vet or an exotic animal vet in your area, you may want to give them a call, but i guarnatee you that their ability to repair him will be limited, if at all.
