Anything from Carl's Jr. It is gut wrenching and artery clogging from the time you place your order until you're bent over the toilet 30 minutes later, hurling in hopes of relief.

White Castles, especially if you save some for later. That "steam frying" doesn't kill the microbes, I think. You won't have to wait til the next morning to feel the effects.

Some fast food restaurants do not use the greatest quality of meat in them, that is gut wrenching when you taste that nasty something and have to spit it out. Some is all dried out, or too salty...
