Ok there is a girl on my softball team and she misses so many practices. She always is playing 2nd and that is also where I play. She is a bit better than me is it fair if she never comes to practices and she is always late to the games? Should she be playing or should I? I know it is best for the team but she shows no effort to the practices if she comes! HELP!!!

She should start if she arrives on time, if not then you should! Apparently her talent is such that practice is not necessary for her to best you.Use this lack of discipline to your advantage by surpassing her natural talent with tenacity and teamwork and timing, which can only be furthered by repetition>

Well, if she is still good even after missing practices, she may be practicing outside of team practices. But being late to games is never good, and she should get some kind of punishment, if not being removed for those games.

There may be a good reason why she is late, which is why the coach isn't punishing her. Maybe you should see if anyone else on your team, or the girls friends, know about it.

Your question boils down to this - you are jealous.

Find something more to do with your life. The people in charge of your softball team call the shots, not you. You do not know her story, but I'm sure they do.

to be fair with you, you should play instead of her because you respect the timings and she doesn't respect that.
