The night time is the right time. Oh you can watch all the late shows watch tivo for all the shows you missed. sleep and just relax and have quiet time.

I am not a morning person.
I am not a night person.
I am a lunch-time person. You see I get to eat - I love food and I get to take a break from work - so these two things - eating and doing what I want instead of what the boss/company wants makes me very happy.

My favorite time of day is right after lunch. I am most alert then and I work better after I have eaten.
