Hi, My b-day is june 17th. I am Gemini.. never heard of emerald being the birth stone but have always known it as Alexandrite and pearl .. you can find the info through any jewelry site on the web. The one I looked on is listed below.

Emerald is the stone I learned--butfor my daughter ---she is also a Gemini --is given with emerald and ruby.So it also depends on birth time .But yes Emerald is the birthstone.
