If you look at it from different perspective, draftsman are suppose to prepare not only drawings but are suppose to help with any document and put them in presentable form.

As long as some one is telling you how it is done you are a beneficiary of this efforts, you are learning new stuff and some one is paying for it.

You should let the boss know very politely but in writing, that all this is new to you, you will do this task under the guidance and his or some one from legal departments supervision, you are appreciating the opportunity of learning this unique but new task that you have never performed, and do your best to finish it on time and in a professional way.

Then do the job as best as you can, and learn it good. I personally take it as a challenge and a opportunity to get away from the day to day routine that can get boring.

Even you are a drafts man, you
are supposed to know computers
and its operations. If some
documents r to be typed by you,
youcannot refuse it.

If the documents, being done by
you, requireyour mental skills/opinions,
then you can refuse it.

When there are no opinions involved
by u, then continue doing the
same.

It may be that, you donot have sufficient
work as a draftsman.

The bosses are justifying your
presence in your office.

They may post u elsewhere, if there are
not sufficient jobs in the Deptt.

Do Not Refuse, it may amount to
misconduct. It may not be your
business to know what the office
is doing- legal-illegal-typing etc.

He is not right legally. But strange are the works govenrments work. You have the legal right to refuse and also can take recourse to courts, provided you have mental strength and patience.

hi What the answer given by serious recommend is incorrect. you could save on with divorce, contained in the clause of "Null and void" As in line with indian regulation the marriage is consummated purely once you've actual contact such as her. So purely contact any legal professional who's authentic (circumvent 0.5 baked advocates like the guy who responded right here). he will make you out of this courting and also you could proceed such as your life as you wish. perfect needs on your life.
