The answer is yes.
Otherwise you couldn't have asked your question.
Suppose someone argued "that only means your asking the question was predetermined". In that case, if you can't tell the difference, you'd still be making decisions, and they'd come out the way you applied them by checking the rightness of your ideas, evaluations and results back against what seemed to be reality.

You not only have freedom of will, you also have the necessity while existing within a real space-time to decide what is real, important , valuable and the opposite of these things for yourself.
Otherwise you won't get anything done--such as continuing your existence let alone creating a level of existence worth living and being called "a life".

Free will is the name of the game, but so are the consequences. Some say the Bible talks about predetermined salvation, but why bother trying if it's predetermined? Keep it simple and enjoy this short time we have.

Life is both fate and free will. We are the defined dream of the undefined dreamer. All stories are already written in the sleeping dreamer, the collective. Still, for the very fact it is a dreamer, we write our own stories out of the paths presented by the dreamer. The dreamer does not give us a straight path but a list of different paths each with their own consequences leading to the next list of paths and consequences. It is fate to the extent that there is a limit to what choices we make. It is free will to extent that there are consequences involved. In the end, fate and free will are pretty much the same thing.

Free will can be predetermined... like the weather report! We're all just molecules moving in space, which can be predicted... but that's not to say you don't have free will.

can you honestly say that you would like to live in a world of unrestrained free will. whew. you would have to be a glutten for punishment.
beyond that, within the constraints of society, I believe, yes, we do. I believe that it is there for us to grow, as human beings and as spiritual beings. going a step further, the god that I know would not want a few million sheep, but freethinking people who made a series of choices which lead them to him. hopefully this mystic is on that road. [may you always walk in the light]
