Depends on what your priorities are
Unicorn
----------
Best in the 150 cc segment
Best engine
Smoothest Gearshifts
Very Good build quality
Best mileage
Best top speed
Good suspension (mono suspension)
Good comfort and ride quality
Very good handling
Unicorn has a weak headlight and low sounding horn and its looks are sober. Horns can be upgraded for around 200 bucks.
If I am correct Unicorn is yet to come with factory fitted alloy wheels though you can get it fitted locally or from your dealer itself at abt 4.5 K - 5K. Honda dealership and after sales service is not up to the mark.
Pulsar
--------
-Looks good
-Good mileage (do not go by bajaj's claims)
-Good resale value
-After sales service is better than Honda
-Comes with company fitted alloy wheels
-Gas shocks said to give best damping
-Good handling.
It may not be comfortable for long rides, notwithstanding the riding position. Also the gear shifts are not smooth and you get false neutrals. Don't go by rumours of pulsars crushing your peniss etc etc. I have personally braked hard many times on my friend's pulsar without hurting my crotch. It is a safe bet, if you want to follow the crowd.
Apache
----------
-Agressive looks
-Good mileage
-Alloy wheels
-Gas shox
-Very good handling
-Cheapest in 150cc range
-Service centres are courteous but services not up to the mark.
Apache looks most agressive with the brightest headlights. also it is good for people who are short in height.
It is a good bike,in fact one of the boldest styled ones on road, but it seems that TVS is not all that consistent with quality, especially with the earlier versions of Apache. Some of my friends are extremely happy with it while a select few curse their bikes.
If looks come first go for Apache or Pulsar. Pulsar may be old but its looks do not appear dated. If you are concerned more about the engine, build quality, mileage you may go for the Unicorn. Honda will need less maintenance.
All three bikes are good in the 150cc class. You pick based on what you like the best in these three.

Go and test drive all 3 bikes. You will come to know the exact difference between the 3. Depending on your budget, select the required one.
