Firstly, not all women experience PMS. (They're also lucky women). PMS is also a term many women abuse, by claiming every little thing is stemming from it, when they don't even know what it is, or when ir occures.
If she is regular, the only way for you to know when she's on it would be to know how long her average cycle is (say 30 days) then count 30 days from the first day she starts on a particular month to calculate her timing for the next month.
And lastly, if your girl doesn't tell you when she's menstruating, maybe it's simply because she doesn't want or need you to know. But don't use PMS as an indicator. Not only is it an unreliable one, but it come before menstruation (hence PRE-menstrual Syndrome) and you would have to guess how many days later it comes anyways....
