U can't limit the term 'quality' within 'intelligence' only. Sometimes people need urgent help, believe me or not, I really put my best possible effort to help them. Even many times, I see when students ask about solving a program or giving clues for program-codes (in Programming & Design category), people just ignore the problem 'n make statements like 'do ur home-task urself'. It's absolutely pointless. I never prefer to answer in this manner.
But one thing I must tell u, when I do ask questions here, I don't get so much of response. Don't know what goes wrong then... Anyways, just like u, I do also guess that I'm a substantial answerer.

Well I think scene I have started the answers have gotten a lot shorter and people ask the stupidest questions that don't make sense.â¥

yes...people post the dumbest questions with the most egregious spelling/grammar errors.....the quality of questions and answers really is dropping.
